Zoom, Webex, and MS Teams

Charest uses Zoom as our platform of choice and also provides support for MS Teams and WebEx.

We have technical monitors to assist in virtual mediations, arbitrations, hearings and other proceedings. We take the stress and complication out of connection troubleshooting and managing the platform so you can focus on the proceedings. The tech monitor will create breakout rooms, manage admittance of attendees and witnesses, explain basic functionality, and then remove to a tech breakout room to be ready to assist if any problems arise. We also offer live monitoring for the entire proceedings when required.
