Charest Legal Solutions is experienced in providing in-office or virtual arbitrations to meet a variety of requirements.

In-office arbitrations

Our spacious offices have been designed with comfort in mind. We can accommodate a variety of setup specifications for court reporters, tech monitors, and breakout room options. Leave the details to us so that you can concentrate on your arbitration.

During recesses in proceedings, arbitrators can access the thoughtfully appointed arbitrator and mediator lounge.

Virtual arbitrations

We host virtual arbitrations on professional licences through Zoom, Webex or Teams. A Charest tech monitor will assist with set up and troubleshoot technical issues so you can confidently arbitrate without getting distracted and delayed by technical issues. Breakout rooms in the virtual platform provide private meeting areas for individual parties and separate witness rooms when exclusion of witnesses is required.

Hybrid arbitrations

We can also accommodate hybrid arbitrations with some people attending at our offices and some attending remotely.
