Charest Legal Solutions is experienced in providing in-office or virtual mediations to meet a variety of requirements.

In-office mediation

Our spacious offices have been designed to provide a calming and comfortable environment. We can accommodate a variety of boardroom sizes and breakout room options. Leave the details to us so that you can concentrate on settling your mediation.

During recesses in proceedings, mediators can access the thoughtfully appointed arbitrator and mediator lounge.

Virtual mediation

We host virtual arbitrations on professional licences through Zoom, Webex or Teams. A Charest tech monitor will assist with set up and troubleshoot technical issues so you can confidently mediate without getting distracted and delayed by technical issues. Breakout rooms in the virtual platform provide private meeting areas for individual parties to meet with their counsel.

Hybrid mediation

We can also accommodate hybrid mediations with some people attending at our offices and some attending remotely.
